Ingredients
16 large Medjool dates, pitted
3 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
4 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
Extra coconut for rolling
Method
In a food processor, blend the dates + tahini until a sticky paste forms.
Add cocoa, flaxseed, coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Blend again until fully combined and sticking together.
If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water and blend briefly.
Roll into small balls, then roll each one in extra coconut.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
