Ingredients
2 ripe avocados (ripe is key)
¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
2–3 tbsp plain full-fat yogurt (adjust for creaminess)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Method
Scoop avocados into a food processor or high-speed blender.
Add cacao, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla, and salt.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and tweak:
More yogurt = lighter, tangier mousse More cacao = deeper chocolate flavour
Chill for at least 20 minutes (or overnight) for a firmer texture.
Spoon into jars for the lunchbox or serve straight away.
