terms & conditions

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lunchbox.kids website and any purchases you make through it. By using the website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Please read them alongside our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by:

David Gomes do Vale, operating as LUNCHBOX • KIDS
Enterprise number: 1041.378.241
Jan Van Rijswijcklaan, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium
Email: hello@lunchbox.kids

2. Using the website

The website is intended for parents, caregivers and other adults looking for practical lunchbox and meal-planning resources.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation or interfere with other visitors.

We may update, change or remove website content at any time without notice.

3. Our products

LUNCHBOX • KIDS offers digital products, including guides, templates, planners and other downloadable resources.

Our products provide general nutrition education, meal-planning guidance and lunchbox inspiration for parents and caregivers. While our content is reviewed by qualified professionals, it is not a substitute for personalised medical or dietary advice. If your child has specific health conditions, allergies or dietary needs that require clinical guidance, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Product descriptions, contents and pricing are set out on the relevant product page. We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before processing it.

4. Orders and payment

Purchases made through this website are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax and purchase-related queries on our behalf.

When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with Paddle for the purchase and with LUNCHBOX • KIDS for the product and its content. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Prices are displayed on the relevant product page and may include or exclude tax depending on your location. Paddle calculates and applies the correct sales tax or VAT automatically at checkout.

5. Delivery

Our digital products are delivered electronically. You will typically receive access to your purchase immediately after payment is confirmed, either through a download link or by email.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues on your end.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost once delivery has begun — provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right.

When you complete a purchase, Paddle's checkout process includes this consent step. By purchasing and receiving immediate access to a digital product, you agree that delivery begins straight away and that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

Our approach

Because our digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately, we do not offer refunds as a general policy.

If you experience a genuine issue — such as a corrupted file, a failed download that cannot be resolved, or an accidental duplicate charge — please contact us at hello@lunchbox.kids and we will do our best to help. Refund requests related to payment processing can also be directed to Paddle.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, layouts, guides, templates, the LUNCHBOX • KIDS name and branding, The Lunchbox Formula and The Lunchbox Manual — is owned by LUNCHBOX • KIDS or used with permission.

When you purchase or download a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share publicly, or make the product available to others in any form without our written permission.

You may not use our content to create competing products or services.

8. Free resources

Some resources, such as The Lunchbox Formula, are offered free of charge. These are provided as-is, without any guarantee that they will remain available.

Free resources are subject to the same intellectual property terms above. Downloading a free resource does not grant any ownership or commercial-use rights.

9. Newsletter and communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, joining a waitlist or downloading a resource, you may be added to our mailing list where this is clearly stated on the relevant form.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Our email communications are described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.

10. Affiliate links

Some links on this website or in our emails may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, LUNCHBOX • KIDS may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate links take you to external websites that operate under their own terms and policies.

11. External links

The website may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Visiting an external link is at your own discretion.

12. Limitation of liability

Our products and content are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LUNCHBOX • KIDS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any product purchased through it.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, services or legal requirements change.

The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
